Seems like the check that is performed before staring and R algorithm is failing. Do you have R correctly configured (in windows you have to specify the path to R in the config dialog)
Not sure about the issue with the plots. The file referenced in that HTML snippet...does is exist? is is created by R? The output of the R execution is saved to a .Rout file in the ~/.qgis2/processing folder.
