Hello All,
Can any one tell me if there might be a plugin that improves the text
annotation feature on the Qgis 2.0.1? I would like to rotate text to
other than horizontal, write text w/o a background fill, and I don't
always want the pointer from the framed box. It seems like a good
candidate for a plugin, but in not having any luck finding one?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
