Hi Andrea
There are several parameters which can be used to modify the legend font
(all non-standard WMS of course).
http://hub.qgis.org/projects/quantum-gis/wiki/QGIS_Server_Tutorial#GetLegendGraphics
provides a list of these additional parameters.
