You haven't given us much to go on. What form is your GPS data in?
There are plenty of options - even by connecting a live GPS to your
QGIS, and driving around whilst QGIS is zooming/centering on your
current position.
Best you start by clicking [plugins] -> [Manage and Install Plugins]
The go through the list of available plugins and make your choice.
