In short: No, you can have several projects, you have to pass the
project as map parameter to GetCapabilities.

/El mes pasado, he creado un servidor local de Apache para usar con
Qgis./
/El servidor trabaja correctamente, pero... he estado creando y
guardando distintos proyectos de qgis en la carpeta correcta del
servidor, pero cuando me conecto desde qgis a mi servidor wms (he
probado con qgis versón 2.0, 2.1, 2.2) sólo me despliega en la lista
tan sólo uno de los proyectos que he creado, lo bueno es que al
menos este proyecto al conectarlo me ha cargado todos los shapes de
forma correcta./
/Es correcto esto? Sólo puedo cargar un proyecto a la vez? Necesito
mostrar diferentes proyectos desde esa conexión y me ha estado
causando problemas encontrarle solución!/
