Yes, scipy is available in OSGEO4W, at least in the 32-bit edition. Right now I'm using Linux, but if I remember correctly, scipy es under "libs" category (I'm really not sure). You should search for the "python-scipy" package.

Good luck.

Hi all,
I'm looking for info for an easy way to install SciPy (on W8.1).

I saw that is not present on the Osgeo installation so I tried installing
another program [WinPython] containing the package but QGIS don't recognise
it when necessary (e.g. using a plugin). Shall I copy libraries to a qgis
folder or something else?

Many thanks in advance!

Nic
