Hello priscilla,

If you are able to save them in the open and standard SLD file format, you will 
be able to open it in qgis (and many other applications). Otherwise,  I'm 
afraid that esri and mapinfo files are "closeded" and therefore not readable by 
qgis (and many other applications).
