Hi,
Not sure what those are exactly but my guess is that R has modules that can
handle that.  You can look interactions between R and Qgis in the
processing toolbox.

Hi All, Was wondering if anybody knows of any plugins [or built-in
features] for doing contiguous units analysis, such as Paired Quadrat Variance,
Blocked Quadrat Variance, etc.  Any suggestions are welcome, as I haven't
found anything for this in my searches yet. Best, Mike
