Immediately, I received this error:
failed to import OSM data:
XML error: Premature end of document
The imported file from step one is a text file. Can you open it with a
text editor? It should end with </osm>.
If it looks complete, you can drag and drop it from the Windows Explorer
directly into the table of content of QGIS. Does that work?
