Hello,
I have a polygon shape file that represents about 200 buildings in a housing
community. I have the dates each building is planned to reach 20%, 40%, 60%
and 100% complete. I would like to use Time Manager to create an animation that
shades the building different colors until they are 100% complete. Can this be
done with Time Manager? Is there any tutorial that shows how to do it? Not sure
how to set up the shape file or files to do it.
