file on" tick box which will give you the required tfw, jgw, pgw
etc files for your exported raster. It is not on the Item tab
as you may have more than one map item to compose (e.g. inset or

And this capability does NOT exist in ArcGIS. You can not export a
map layout with geo-referencing.
