Hi,
You need to give more information on what you are doing to get more help I
think. (What your problem is, your questions, the type of data you
have). A good place to start is CrimeStat software.
I would type crimeStat 3 in Google and find the workbook. Chapter 5 is on
hotspot analysis. The tool in crimeStat are very good and the results can
be loaded in QGIS. Let me know if you can't download it.
