Luigi,

thank you for your message. What do I have to do to "hire a developer or
crowdfunding this new feature"???

I'm new to QGIS and the development process, that's why I have to ask.

Add this function was in my plans for the last QGIS Hackmeeting, but the works
focused on other stuffs... It's for sure possible to add this function, I
suggest you to hire a developer or crowdfunding this new feature. For sure
there are a lot of people interested.

cheers
Luigi Pirelli
