What you list below should all be possible. The third point, the size intervals, is a bit more tricky, because by default, QGIS scales continuous (without fixed interval). But with a QGIS expression you can also force the size to discrete steps. You could divide/round the data in the expression to force it into discrete steps for sizing the pie chart. So - can you be more specific - what exactly doesn't work as expected? --------------------- Note, if you don't need pies (no subdivisions), but just proportional symbols, you should better use the simple renderer, choose a symbol and use the size-assistant. The size assistant can be found at this drop-down button next to the Size input widget.
