Hi all,
upgrading from 2.12.3 to 2.14 I got
this error "Impossible to find the entry point...qgis-bin.exe". This
happened both with 32 and 64 bit installers on W7 and W10 (both 64bit).
Unfortunately,
the solution proposed in gisstackexchange for qtcore.dll (move contents
of bin directory to app/qgis/bin) doesn't work. Any suggestion? am I
the only one?
