Hi Martin, Would be nice. See other use cases here: https://hub.qgis.org/issues/12623 Our workaround is having a template .qgis folder on a server which gets copied into user home at first QGIS start, while specific strings in the template conf file (e.g. USER_HOME) are being replaced...
