Hi, 
If you absolutely need a x and z, add the two Columns to the CSV and add dummy 
data. You can use WKT format or just value.  That can be imported as a 
csv.  You can save it after in another format like shp if you need it.

No I can´t join, because there are no data in the project yet. We are setting
