Sure, a crash is always a bad thing. And if you provide enough information, others can try to reproduce it first (with exact the data (or parts of it) or the steps you did to make it crash). Please provide as much information as possible, as non devs can then try to reproduce your crash. Maybe also try if you can reproduce the crash on another machine too? To be sure it is not a local installation/library problem.
