I just downloaded 2.18.7 and am using mac os sierra. I've been going through the qgis tutorials and am currently on 4.2: The Label Tool. The label panel appears in its default spot on the right of the window when I open it. When I tried to free the panel by dragging the panel from the top and also clicking the freeing icon the program quits unexpectedly.
