The above messages show in the messages console on startup everytime I launch QGIS Desktop 2.18.11. I verified that the dlls mentioned are in the directories ( assuming the ~1 is some type of python variable that resolves to yield a standard directory name) so I don't understand why they are not being loaded. Are the messages telling me that the dlls can't be found or that some libraries the dlls need cannot be found? I still see this when I load QGIS desktop with grass support. Extensive googling has yielded only unresolved guess threads on previous versions. Is this even an issue? I'm noticing that the Query console keeps ercing out with bad Python syntax when I follow pibliched tutorials -- 73, chuck ab1vl.com
