Nils,
Is there a file similar to this /*your_project_name.qgs~*/, where "your_project_name" is replaced by your shortcut/project name, if so, this would be a solution, rename it to something like /*project_name_2.qgs */and open it. I hope this solves the issue.
Regards,

Richard.

Hi all,

today I was using QGis until it crashed. Now it will not start, telling me the qgis-bin.exe is missing. I’ve restarted my computer several times now but still the error remains.

I’ve start qgis with the same link not less then one hour ago and I certaintly didn’t delete any .exe files. Does anyone knows if there are lock files which can cause this error?

Cheers,

Nils
