thank you for your reply. I never used qgis server and if I really apreciate if you breafly describe the method to export a map file for pmapper.
Any other suggestion to install python-mapscript?

    I tried to install python mapscript by osgeo4w-setup-x86_64.exe
    (advanced install) but this does not resolve the problem.
