Try Project, Layout Manager and then create a new layout. That’s should get you started. The help tutorial for the version says to followthhis path: Projects -> Layouts -> Composer Manager -> Print Composer. In my version there is no Composer Manager or Print Composer in any menu I can find. Can anyone help with this? Thanks in advance!
