good idea, I tried it.. it works for getmap.
But using getlegend delivers all classes, which does not surprises.
Using getfeatureinfo in a map with point displacement is difficult too,
because the user has to select the anchor point instead of the
representation of the point displacement around this center point.
So my conclusion is, that point displacement is not usable as a wms,
if the user should get more than a raster (getmap).
