Hi Pata,
Actually we started discussing this in our PSC list:
https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/qgis-psc/2020-April/008656.html
- and see the thread following. Esp. have a look at the messages from
Richard that contain a bit more detail.
I think you can use the github issue tracker for the website at
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Website/issues and add your information and
explanations there. If there is anything security sensitive, better try
to contact us directly, as all of the github stuff and mailing lists is
public. BTW: you can even join the PSC mailing list if you want and join
the discussion. Everything is public there and the PSC mailing lists has
a lot more subscribers than just the PSC.
You can guess the personal e-mail addresses of the PSC members from the
gentle obfuscation in the mailing list archives I think ;-)
Thanks and greetings,
Andreas

Many thanks Jeremy!
We did try IRC already without luck but we overlooked the GH issue
tracker for the website, it indeed looks like the perfect place for
this topic.
Have a great day.

Hello,
Regarding other contacts, maybe you haven't search enough on qgis.org
<http://qgis.org> website.
The support page <https://qgis.org/en/site/forusers/support.html>
indicates for bug reports to use the issue tracker.
For the website, it leads to here
<https://qgis.org/en/site/getinvolved/development/bugreporting.html#reporting-issues-on-qgis-web-site-or-documentation>.
Which mention https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Website/issues as the place
to report the bugs on the website.
I would use this if I were you.
Or you can try posting a message on the chat
https://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=#qgis
Jérémie.

Could someone please put in us in touch with a website administrator?
We don't have other contact than this mailing list and we would
really like to improve the situation for Tor users.
Thanks

Greetings,
We would like to get in touch with the website operator of
qgis.org <http://qgis.org> in order to discuss an issue regarding
the access of the apt-get repositories using Tor
(https://www.torproject.org/).
Long story short: the current CloudFare configuration of qgis.org
<http://qgis.org> is preventing Tor users from installing qGIS
using the debian (APT) repositories.
Could you please put us in touch with the website operator?
alternatively we can detail the different workarounds here.
Thanks :-)
