Hi Patrick, thank you for all the details. My goal is to use QGIS in my debian 11 bullseye, as "user". I do not have the skill to debug complex (for me) installation processes. My real goal is to use the standalone console tool for running processing algorithms [1] , in a server machine of mine.
My starting points were: - https://qgis.org/debian/pool/main/q/qgis/ - https://qgis.org/debian/dists/ There I do not find bullseye. Then I have a very first stupid question: is it possible to install QGIS in debian 11, in the "official" (not advanced) way [2]. If I understand correctly, it is not possible. The second question is: is there some step by step guide for dummies, to try to install QGIS 3.14.x (the one with inside the new standalone console tool) in debian 11? Probably no. And probably the general reply to my question is: "for a basic linux user as you, you must wait, there is no way to do it".
