Yes, you can add as many grids as you like to the layout.
Activate your map item and scroll down to "Grids" in the
"Item Properties" tab.
Click on the plus button to add a grid, and then (with that
grid activated) "Modify Grid...".
In the "Map Grid Properties" dialogue there is a field ("CRS")
that lets you set the CRS for the grid.
