Are you really using 2.14? Quite old...
Anyway, the road_34S is not provided. It's something you create at
https://docs.qgis.org/2.14/es/docs/training_manual/vector_analysis/basic_analysis.html#basic-ty-convert-layers-crs
from what I can see
