Thanks You for reply, Bat file didn't work, latest also. I had a pycripter just lanche and close itself.
I tried to processe with Qgis stand-alone application (C:/Prog....) and it work fine, but not with OSGEO on C:/OSGeo4W64. Another thing that I have a 2 vesrions of Python in OSGEO, I will try to reinstall all.
