A feature request, last year, was closed, alexbruy says this for why: "IMHO this is a wontfix, as same fucntionality [sic] can be implemented using model/script." But he is flexible about his decision: "Closing as wontfix. I couldn't update to 3.18 version because the server is Ubuntu 18.04 (not 20.04). Thus, now WMS cascade getfeatureinfo works fine, still not getlegend. The WFS cascade unfortunately doesn't work again.
