Not sure it´s the same problem What I tried was to close QGIS. Go to C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\QGIS * is the name of the user Renamed the folder and opened QGIS again. See if it helps. If Yes you have to make all your settings again :-O If No rename the folder.
