This won't help, but let me explain the reason:
This is most likely a false report. The reported tool is operating on command line and allows to do some work without user interaction. Unfortunately, the tool is also abused by malicious software. That's why some antivirus heuristics think: Hey, this tool has seen in many bad applications, so it's on a blacklist. Let's freak out and warn.
