Here is the dialog box that results for multiple conflicts in a paste of
features with the OGC_FID field in a spatialite layer:
The only possible fix is to delete the value in OGC_FID and leave it to
be autogenerated. This works for a single feature being pasted. But for
multiples, there is no way to get that accepted and move on to the next
conflicting feature. Therefore making it impossible to fix multiple
paste conflicts.
