I was just asked by a user whether the Vertex editor could support coordinate entry for other data formats such as UTM, MGRS, Plus Codes, etc. I know it defaults to the CRS of the layer and it is probably a long shot to modify its behavior without reimplementing it, but is there anyway to programmatically change its behavior without writing a new vertex editing tool?
