Hi,
Settings --> Options --> Canvas and Legend --> Display classification
attribute in layer titles. Would probably need to restart QGIS. See
https://docs.qgis.org/3.16/en/docs/user_manual/introduction/qgis_configuration.html#canvas-and-legend-settings
