Hello,
After updating to Qgis 3.22.1 (on win10 fr), I think I encountered a bug!
I drew a polygon on a new layer, but after saving layer, the polygon is
not on any layer !!! as you can see on the jpeg below:

What to do to recover a functional .Qgis project?
