Hallo Nicolas, thank you for your reply. All my project files are on one network drive and I prefer to use geopackages. Perhaps it the problem is, that I install qigs from flathub. I’m wondering about that I am the only one who uses qgis on linux and want’s to access project-files on a windows file server.

If you save with a relative path, I think it will work if you have files in a simple directory structure but if you have files from multiple drives, then perhaps QGIS is forced to uses a drive lettre like c:\ and that would not go well on a Linux box.
