Hello,
I have experienced this problem in QGIS 3.22 and 3.24. If I open a
QGIS project that includes connections to public ArcGIS Server services
they will not display unless I open my VPN connection. That does not make
sense - they are public facing ArcGIS Services. I have had the same
problem with two different ArcGIS servers:
GeoNB - https://geonb.snb.ca/arcgis/rest/services
GeoNova - https://gis7.nsgc.gov.ns.ca/arcgis/rest/services
Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?
