Hi Rikesh,
what is exactly the QGIS version have you installed? Have you installed
QGIS using the OSGeo4W all-in-one standalone installer (*.msi) or the
OSGeo4W "network installer" (*.exe)?
I cannot be of more help, anyway I suggest you to add a comment to the
bug report already filed in the plugin repository at
https://github.com/PedroVenancio/export_to_sql_server/issues/2

I am still having issues with the plugin. The below error is appearing.

This is occurring even after re-installing QGIS, SQL Server, and GDAL.
