Not that I'm going to....
.....but I was asked if there is an official "uninstall guide". A friend
is working through some issues and basically wants to remove every bit
of QGIS (folders/registry) so it can be reinstalled. It's all in the
name of trying to fix some oddball problems on windows 10 and not
reinstall windows 10.
