Another method is from the "Style Manager" tab of the Layer Styling
panel, click the folder icon ("Load Style") and then select the .qml
file.Note that the "Style Manager" tab (6th tab on the left side of the Layer Styling panel) is different from the "Style Manager" in the Settings menu.
