Dear QGIS Community,
I hope this message finds you well.
My name is Mohamed Hafez, and I am a Teaching Assistant and Ph.D. student at McMaster University, Hamilton, Canada.
I am working on a project involving watershed modeling. As part of my workflow, I export shapefiles of watersheds from QGIS and prepare them for import into ModelMuse.
I have encountered an issue during this process:
When importing the shapefile into ModelMuse, the depth (or thickness) of the watershed is not varying along the section as expected. Instead, it appears fixed across the entire section, which differs from the original data. I believe there might be a missing step or specific setting within QGIS that I have overlooked.
I have documented the process and problem in a PDF and screenshots, which can be accessed here:

I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions you may have.
Thank you very much for your time and support.
Best regards,
Mohamed Hafez Ph.D. Candidate and Teaching Assistant McMaster University-canada |
