I don’t think this is the right place to ask this question, which is a similar 
answer to Barend. 

I’ve not had to do this, but I wouldn’t be looking much with the GIS Software. 
The file and its attributes should say a lot. The GPS will say some. What they 
bring back would also say a lot.
In the end it’s likely still difficult to prove.
