If I understand your question, it looks like you may have run the "Clip Raster by Mask Layer" tool. With the GDAL version of this tool you can set the output file resolution to whatever you desire. All you need to do is create a polygon layer to be used as the mask layer and set your digital terrain model as the input layer.
