Hi,
first check, if the Processing-Plugin is still loaded (Plugins > Manage
and Install Plugins).
Then Open the Processing-Toolbox either
1. via the gear-icon in Attributes-Toolbar:
2. or View > Panels > Processing Toolbox Panel
3. or via menu-bar-context-menu (right-click) and checking Panels >
Processing Toolbox Panel
