Hi Magnus,

this happened on one machine with fc6 installed. I've tested two
versions of qgis 0.8.0 on this machine. One was compiled by myself, the
second one was the static build provided by Tim Sutton
http://blog.qgis.org/?q=node/46

The Tim Suttons build works fine whilst my one is wrong. I don't know
which version of proj was used by Tim. My is proj-4.5.0-1.fc6, the
distribution one.

In attechments find the layer. The projection should be Projected
Coordinate systems/Krovak oblique/S-JTSK. There are three profiles on
this layer and the middle one should be 620 metres long. "On the fly"
projection is enabled. The Tim's build works fine, both the measurements
and a scale bar. Myself compiled one has a wrong measurements, the scale
bar seems to show the length right.

Thanks,
Honza.
