Hi

I think these need to be closed on a case by case basis. What I
suggest is that we create a page in the trac wiki for closure
candiates (simply a list of links to the  tickets in question). Any
interested party could add candidate closures to the list. Then
between us developers we can work through them and make a decision.
When closed the ticket id's will appear as crossed out (as happens on
the triage pages) so it will be easy to keep track of things.
