To be similar between the Ruby and Javascript files, I have modified the 
JavaScript support to look for the file named equal to the MixinType of the 
method being invoked. And that file can contain many functions.

Now, Rhino's compiler don't like scripts with multiple functions in it, so I 
am breaking these into fragments/snippets to the best of my abilities. I 
think it still is possible to stomp the parser, please try and report back, 
but at least rudimentary support of quotes, backslash and comments have been 
tried to do the right thing.

So, IF you already using JavaScriptMixin, take note; No more one file per 
method, but one file per MixinType, and consequentially the filename no 
longer contain the function/method name.
