Hmm, no Jersey is not an requirement, though

a.) I think the API is much cleaner with annotations (from what I've
seen from Restlets) and
on a higher abstraction level
b.) Jersey implements JSR 311

I'll take a deeper look into Restlet.org, and otherwise try with
Jersey on my own.
