The "Subscription" tab in the "Website" allows me to "Import" mail addresses
that should be notified to changes. This sounds like the right approach.
However, after correctly telling me that 1 email (and the correct one) has been
imported, the "Show Subscribers" is still zero. I suspect that either this
feature is not functional or that there is some setting elsewhere.
